ackage - Up to £36,000pa ( up to £38K with FGAS ) (40hrs )+ 30 days holiday + door to door + fuel card + tablet + No-on-call + pensionThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas + PlumbingEngineer to work for a facilities management company who have 25 years experience in the industry. You will be carrying out Install, service, maintenance and repairs to a range of commercial boilers / gas equipment as well as general plumbing and maintenance work. You be visiting a wide range of clients including Schools, Banks, Hospitals, MOD, Government Buildings and Local Authorities.· Some working away from home may be requiredKey Responsibilities:· Service and repairs of commercial gas equipment· Installation of commercial gas equipment· General Plumbing and Heating work and Maintenance· Meeting clients - Customer facing positionEssential Qualifications / Experience:· Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1,COCN1,ICAE1,ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1,CoNGLP1PD )· Plumbing qualification - (Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating / Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating)· General maintenance including Painting, Decorating, Basic Plumbing, Shop fitting, General repairs· FGAS / NVQ level 2 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - would be desirable but not required· 17/18th Edition - would be desirable but not required· Level 2/3 Diploma in Electrical Installations - would be desirable but not required· Drivers LicencePackage:· Basic Salary up to £36,000 ( 38K with Fgas)
