Are you experienced within collections or credit controller and looking for a long term contractBMC Recruitment Group are delighted to be working alongside an established business who are looking to recruit a Collections Administrator to their business on a 13 month contract to cover maternity. As a Collections Administrator, you will be working within the the credit control and collections and contacting businesses to chasing and arranging payments via phone and email. You will be working within a small and friendly team and either have some experiencewithin collections or are looking to get further exposure within collections or credit control. Working Times:Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pmJob Duties include:* Recording cash transactions and assigning payments in Sage Line 50* Generating invoices for sales transactions Examining and assessing debtor reports for discussion with the Managing Director* Actively pursuing overdue payments from clients through phone calls and email communication* Issuing timely statements to clients* Verifying month-end sales against individual branch reports Supporting various accounting tasks as needs.Person Specification: * SAGE 50 software experience (desirable)
