Job Description

Due to internal promotion we have an opportunity for an experienced recruiment professional to join our Clinical Talent Acquisition team. Job Summary Our vision as a clinical talent acquisition team will be to improve quality of hire, reduce attrition and deliver a world class recruitment experience to both candidates and our hiring community. This is an opportunity to be part of a newly formed team reshapinghow clinical recruitment is delivered across Maximus UK, which will directly impact business performance.Weve recently created a brand new inhouse Clinical Talent Acquisition function and developing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from our employer brand proposition, attraction strategy, selection tools, our processes and how we work with our customers.As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner you will be the face of the Clinical Talent Acquisition team to a specific business area, partnering a pool of operational leaders to deliver a world class hiring experience. Overseeing the end to end vacancy processand fulfilment of roles, youll work together with the delivery team to ensure practical and creative hiring solutions are in place and manage business expectations accordingly.Youll support your business area in developing quarterly workforce requirements, turning these into tangible recruitment plans and upskill our hiring community on recruitment best practise to enable better hiring decisions. As well as this youll have theopportunity to take a lead on key projects from the clinical recruitment strategy.This role will be home based with travel as and when required. Essential Job Duties

  • To be the face of Talent Acquisition to your aligned talent segment, managing the intake of vacancies and oversee fulfilment of roles, working closely with Clinical Talent Acquisition team to effectively manage business expectations and delivery of servicewithin agreed SLAs
  • Work closely with the operations, HR business Partners and the forecasting team to drive quarterly bottom up workforce planning to influence hiring plans
  • Manage stakeholders through regular contact, data and analytics
  • Regularly upskill the hiring community on recruitment best practise to ensure they have the tools and skills to carry out a seamless and world class recruitment experience
  • Provide resourcing plans and solutions through a consultative approach, aligned to business objectives
Education and Experience Requirements Were looking for a proven recruitment partner who is passionate about developing a best in class Clinical Talent Acquisition function. Youll need to demonstrate previous success in a recruitment partner role and delivering improvements in experience, time,cost and quality of hire.A deep understanding of candidate sourcing methods, selection methodology and workforce planning is essential along with proven experience in delivering successful solutions for volume and hard to recruit roles. The ability to manage cross functional projectsis key and previous experience of doing this for retention initiatives would be ideal.Were looking for a partner who has a collaborative and inclusive approach with the ability to build strong relationships, youll hold yourself and others to account and have the flexibility to adapt and change in the constantly evolving world of recruitment.Youll have a keen eye for data and analytics and the ability to use this to influence recruitment decisions.Youll need to be comfortable being based from home and working in a remote environment.
