Job Description

Are you a Trauma/Orthopaedic nurse, yet seek the opportunity to go field-based in the world of medical devices Look no further and apply today to work with one of the most innovative and technologically advance organisations within spinal orthopaedics.The roleMy client are recognised within the orthopaedic/spinal industry for their innovation, patientcare and more recently, there advances within robotics. I am seeking a Clinical Specialist within the North East, near Newcastle Upon-Tyne. Within this role, you will be responsible for training and guiding surgeons and nurses, whilst case covering and ensuring the portfolio of products is used competently. This is a great opportunity to work within spinal orthopaedics, yet allow you grow your career alongside a company that has a prestigious reputation. Flexibility and a will to succeed will be required for this role, as the nature of orthopaedics can determine the hours you work. The hiring manager is seeking for an individual who has an enthusiastic approach with a passion for this sector, but more importantly, someone who will also culturally fit in with the team and brand.The requirementsYou will live within the North East, but aside from this you will also have:

  • Nursing Qualifications, or a Bachelor equivalent
  • An understanding of theatre and working within orthopaedics/trauma
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Driving Licence to cover the North East, where appropriate
  • A clinical understanding of how to speak to surgeons/healthcare professionals
