Job Description

My client are looking for individuals to work on an ongoing basis servicing their contracts across a national hotel group.You will be responsible for working as a member of a specialist HVCA Cleaning team providing a safe, hygienic environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Services Include (not limited to):

  • Kitchen Deep Cleans - Including walls, floors, appliances, ceilings.
  • Kitchen Extract Systems - including ductwork and fans.
  • Air Handling Unit maintenance and filter changes.
  • Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems.
    • Key Areas of the role:
  • To clean all areas of the facility to a high standard, as laid down in the cleaning schedule and procedures.
  • To observe all regulations related to Health and Safety at Work, including COSHH and companys own policy.
  • Work to standards outlined in HVCA TR/19, BSRIA and CIBSE
  • To attend and complete compulsory training in cleaning methods and in the use of cleaning appliances.
  • Display a working knowledge and understanding of our customers needs and requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with all levels of staff in working areas.
    • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience of HVCA cleaning would be an advantage.
  • Driving Licence
