Like all Virginbusinesses, we love to challenge the norm, so youll need to be comfortable questioning the status quo.Within the Insight & Planning team, were looking for smart, ambitious, energetic individuals who want to come with us on this journey.The successful individual for this role will ideally be a marketing professional with 3-5 years experience in Customer Interaction Management.Heres what you will be doingThe CIM Technical Manager supports and enables the data and Customer Interaction capability focused on Investment & Pensions. The key responsibilities of the role are: Defining and monitoring the appropriate control framework for Investment & Pension customer selections Undertaking project engagement to understand data availability / constraints for Investment & Pensions Ensuring business ownership of the Investment & Pension data stored in campaign management platforms Operating in tandem with the Data Design capability to understand the impact of change on the customer interaction team and ensure appropriate change management plans are implemented Delivering campaign selections ensuring customers receive timely, relevant, and personalised communicationsTo be brilliant you must have Experience of SAS / SQL or other database languages and the application of analytical skills to gather and interpret information Be familiar with best practice design, coding and testing techniques in SQL or similar languages Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build business relationships with colleagues throughout the bankIts a bonus if you have (but not essential) Good understanding of internal and external data sources (e.g. Experian, EDW, CDW, AWS, etc) and of relational database design Experience in campaign management platforms such as Pega Marketing and Adobe Campaign Knowledge of Investments & Pensions products and servicesWe really need you to have the skills and experience listed in the To be brilliant you must have section above, but the rest is just our wish list, so please dont let that put you off applying, wed love to hear from you.Inclusion at Virgin MoneyInclusion is at the heart of everything we do here at Virgin Money.
