Chief Revenue OfficerJackson Hogg are delighted to support our client Equiwatt in their search for a dedicated and passionate Chief Revenue Officer to join their executive team, where they will be responsible for all revenue-generating elements within the organization.The Chief Revenue Officers responsibilities include working with other executive team members to execute corporate strategic plans by expanding into new customer segments and partnerships.Equiwatt is a technology start-up so youre likely to get involved in a variety of business activities, but following are the key responsibilities:Responsibilities Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities to make recommendations to the CEO on revenue and growth opportunities Provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics to grow sales and customer base Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product development and enhancement cycles Collaborate with finance, product management, marketing, pricing strategies and business models Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions Be responsible for and succeed in conducting contractual negotiations Network and develop relationships with potential partner in order to grow revenue Represent the company at relevant industry and sector events and conferencesRequirements and skills Proven work experience as a Chief Revenue Officer or similar role Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships Proven experience developing and executing business strategy Significant general management and P&L experience Ability to craft and execute a business strategyDesirable Experience A strong understanding of the energy sector in the UK including any or all of the following: energy suppliers, DNOs, Aggregators or energy trading An appreciation for smart home technology and IOT that is relevant to the energy sector including but not limited to smart meters, smart plugs, smart chargers and smart appliancesSalary and Benefits Competitive base salary Performance related bonus Share option Company PensionAbout EquiwattEquiwatt is a platform for homes & energy companies to mutually benefit from reducing peak time energy usage.Please forward your CV application to Nham Lee, Principal Consultant at Jackson Hogg Recruitment
