Job Description

Do you have excellent attention to detail and fantastic Administration skills Do you thrive in a fast paced environment with amazing organisational skills Then this is could be a great opportunity for you!The role is working for our fantastic digital healthcare client based in Newcastle near Benton Lane. They are looking for someone who possesses strong Administration skills, and great client focussed Customer Service who can add value to the existing hardworkingMedical Reporting and Rehabilitation teams.Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm Monday to FridaySalary: £20,319 per annumHybrid: After Successfully completing the training the role will become 2 days office based and 3 days working from home. (Although staff can work from the office as often as they like)Responsibilities and attributes as a Case Administrator:

  • To manage a case load of clients and the associated administration
  • Data-entry of new cases and issuing of instruction letters to medical experts.
  • Processing of medical records as required.
  • To liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
  • To strive to meet targets
  • To organise client treatments within a preferred timescale and providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Ability to build strong customer relations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
