Job Description

Using sophisticated technology, it negates the need for cumbersome paperwork and archaic processes, and allows insurance brokers to offer premium funding to its clients in ahighly efficient manner. This company also offers a unique proposition which allows its partner intermediaries to white label their own funding solutions, but with the backing of this organisations IT, admin and compliance systems. This allows cash richbrokers to generate further revenue streams from lending out their own money.In view of this amazing proposition, it is no wonder why this business is experiencing exponential growth. It has already secured deals with major UK brokers, as well as a high-profile partnership with one of the worlds largest insurers, where it has beenapproved as the main premium finance provider for their very large broker panel.Based from home, youll be responsible for developing business with general insurance brokers throughout the UK, with a view to them using our client as their preferred premium finance partner. Using your well-honed networking, presentation and influencingskills, youll display a strong knowledge and passion for the product suite, highlighting the major benefits in line with brokers specific requirements. As you secure key accounts, you will have the opportunity to relationship manage these, agreeing and closelymonitoring joint business plans. Due to this company having already recruited many high profile, senior personnel within this specialist market, the firm already has lots of broker connections and a very large pipeline of business. As such, this is not a hardcore,cold-calling sales type role; a lot of the time, you will be exploiting warm enquiries from very interested prospective clients. Having said that, we are looking for someone who is motivated to secure pure new business from their own network too.It is essential that you have experience of selling into the insurance broker market. We will consider the likes of Business Development Executives / Managers from insurance companies / MGAs, software houses, claims management companies or compliance organisationsto name just a few possibilities. Just as importantly, youll be self-motivated, with a strategic approach to sales and account management within this regulated industry. You must have a full driving license and be comfortable with attending plenty of face-to-facebroker visits in addition to video conference calls. We learned that there will be opportunities to move into leadership positions, as wellas into a range of other areas within this entrepreneurial business.
