Job Description

Change Analyst6 Months initial with extensionsDay Rate up to £400 - £450 (Inside of IR35)LocationU.K based RemoteOur client is a government body who are currently looking to engage in contract resource for a Change Analyst. Our client is on an ambitious 2-year change programme which is due to complete in March 2024. This project is tasked with delivering a strengthened business capability which will involve multiple different teams moving from various legacy platforms to a single modern digitally capable SaaS.You will help build and develop an effective change management workstream composing of a matrix structure of multi-disciplinary team members working together to deliver change.The successful candidate will work across the development business area and other areas as needed assisting with delivering change across impacted communities. Working as a change facilitator and enabler, ensuring that the positive outcomes of change are realised,and that sustainable change is implemented. Working directly with the teams, operational leads, and other internal and external stakeholders from project initiation through to business acceptance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Key skills and knowledge

  • Experience of business analysis and delivery of change artefacts to support transition to new business capability.
  • Experience of working on large, digital transformation programmes within multi-disciplinary organisations and teams.
  • Significant, demonstrable/evidence of delivering change in a complex organisation.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate across the full range of levels, from junior colleagues through to senior executives and with the ability and gravitas to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience and in-depth understanding of change and project management delivery.
  • Significant experience of developing and implementing change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Significant understanding of end-to-end organisational business change models, tools, techniques, and surveys.
  • A solid understanding and experience of managing people effectively through change and the change process.
  • Ability to apply sound judgement and decision making to complex situations, often under the pressure of time, within a changing environment and shifting priorities.
  • Expert facilitation skills.
