We help parents to put in place and manage sustainable child maintenance arrangements in an efficient and convenient way.Your job is to support and empower our agile, multidisciplinary teams, translating user needs into deliverables and defining MVPs.Youll use your expert BA insight and skills, across the product delivery lifecycle. Youll bring together business and technical needs, with the goal of defining solutions that deliver value.Were delivering big change, so stakeholder management will be crucial as you win buy-in across Digital, DWP, and beyond.What youll need to be successful

  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst, including analysing and refining user and stakeholder requirements.
  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst in an agile team.
  • Able to identify improvements and make recommendations.
  • Experienced in using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand problems, identify improvements and make recommendations.
  • Identifying and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Youve worked on changes end to end, from inception to delivery
