About the role Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator to join our Payroll team within our Enabling Functions team in Newcastle.Role Purpose:To ensure delivery of applicable scope of service against defined service measures and provide benefits support for HR processes requiring changes to benefits and other associated information. Ensuring the HR systems, trackers and personal records are updatedaccurately and in a timely fashion.To be the first point of contact for related queries in relation to current employees in the organisation providing support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining people related policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
