Central Employment are delighted to support an award-winning Technology driven organisation based in the Tyne & Wear area, as they look to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Manager, working alongside the Head of Marketing.Purpose of the B2B Digital Marketing Manager: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical part in driving our digital marketing to support our commercial goals. You will be responsible for managing and implementing our digital marketing plan, developing an integrated strategy covering paid media,content, SEO, retargeting, quality link building, conversion optimisation and more. The ideal candidate will use data-driven approaches to uncover insights that will improve performance and generate leads.The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for: Managing the website whilst identifying onsite improvements for content and conversions. Driving the marketing lead generation strategy to support new business. Digital marketing activity including PPC, retargeting, online PR, quality link building, SEO and content marketing. Improving performance through the use of competitor analysis, backlink outreach, analytics, SEM and SEO tools/techniques. Analysis and reporting of digital marketing results. Delivering campaigns on time and to a high standard. Working with the Head of Marketing and our sales teams to organise campaigns for both existing and prospective customers to maximise revenue. Working with the Head of Marketing to develop ideas to engage audiences and find creative ways of building an online presence that continues to growthe brand.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Experience in using WordPress CMS Good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of digital marketing channels, techniques and tools (e.g. PPC, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics andcontent) Understanding of data-driven approaches to lead tracking and campaign optimisation Understanding of customer segmentation Understand the importance of maintaining quality and consistency across all channels Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively and with high attention to detail Circa 3+ B2B marketing experience Content writing experience Experience in video creation and editing (desirable) Experience within the tech sector (desirable)
