Job Description

In this department we look after the marketing of Virgin Moneys lending products, including credit cards, loans, and mortgages. Our job is to communicate our products and services to new customers and the c3million current customers thatuse a Virgin Money credit product.This is an exciting opportunity to really get involved in the way we promote Virgin Money products and more specifically, our Credit Cards and Personal Loans. Youll be responsible for supporting the Credit Card and Personal Loan products by managing ouraggregator/affiliate partnerships and working on both new and existing product propositions. This will require commercial awareness, analytical skills, good organisational skills and attention to detail.What youll be doing

  • Work closely with our aggregator partners to drive best performance and results
  • Evaluate channel performance and provide solutions to drive improved results
  • Work closely with commercial stakeholders across the bank to understand objectives and future plans for our products
  • Ensure the delivery of marketing activity is well-managed through sign offs and distribution
  • Deliver all activity in a controlled and auditable way
  • Provide support to a marketing manager in the delivery of acquisition campaigns
We need you to have
  • Experience working in a marketing role with knowledge gained from working on financial products
  • Significant experience preparing and sharing reports with stakeholders
  • Intermediate or above excel skills, other analytics and dashboard platforms a plus
  • An understanding of digital performance marketing and reporting
  • Commitment to driving our purpose and living it
  • An ability to problem solve and work independently
Its a bonus if you have but not essential
  • Experience working with or for an affiliate/aggregator (either in-house, brand or agency side)
  • Credit cards experience
  • A passion for marketing with a sound understanding of the analytical principles
