This is a rare opportunity to join the new EPMO in its mobilisation phase and to help shape both its future and the future of Change Delivery in a fast growing, national organisationwith real social purpose. The successful candidate will be joining a newly formed, small, but enthusiastic team who are committed to building a successful new EPMO function and making a positive impact in terms of how the Agency delivers Change.A bit about you… This role will suit a change professional with extensive experience of leading EPMO’s in large, complex and fast paced organisations where changes are often multifaceted and delivered via a range of different methodologies.You will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate. Youll be comfortable in tackling complex issues and operating in an environment of uncertainty and continual change, where the ability toadapt at pace will be key. Above all, you will have extensive experience in establishing EPMO’s and improving delivery maturity in organisations, with an exceptional ability to inspire, motivate and drive people towards achieving common goals.You will be comfortable managing colleagues and stakeholders at a senior level, and able to build strong networks across the organisation and project delivery community, working in a collaborative, inclusive way.
