The Administrator will provide compliance and administrative support for the onboarding and recruitmentprocess for a number of clients and will work closely with our experienced team of Senior Recruiters.Applicants should be comfortable working in a busy, phone-based sales and service environment.Full training, coaching and support will be provided by our in-house training department, and we are really proud of our industry-leading levels of staff retention and successful internal promotion and development pathways.Responsibilities will include: Help manage all client requirements and match suitable candidates to positions availableAttracting and sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, marketing and headhunting Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to understand their skills and aspirations Help manage all client requirements and match suitable candidates to positions available Advising professional candidates on suitable opportunities and career pathways Consulting with candidates and clients to help broker mutually advantageous career introductions Administration, formatting CVs, sending of emails; managing candidate communications and completing right to work and qualification checks Sending terms of business. carrying out credit checks and ensuring our candidates and clients compliance process is water tightYou will enjoy a people-facing role and must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.Applicants should have: A graduate background is advantageous, although not essential Prior working experience in a Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, professional or Telesales environment is advantageous Confidence when using Microsoft Office Software, strong administration skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills are a must An individual who is self-motivated and independent, with excellent organisational skills Prepared to go the extra mile and to possess tenacity and determinationWe offer strong progression opportunities for ambitious individuals and the opportunity to earn significant bonuses on top of your salary.
