Job Description

An established organisation based in North Tyneside are currently looking to recruit an administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.KEY DUTIES

  • First point of contact for customers and stakeholders both face to face and over the telephone
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to
  • Support the Senior Management Team with day to day admin tasks
  • Process customer orders from a range of channels including eBay and social media platforms
  • Responsible for monitoring office supplies and reordering as and when required
  • Assist with the resolution of queries and complaints

  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
