Trainee or qualified Motor Vehicle Technician Trainer - Centre Based Staffordshire- £20,000 - £25,000 DOE / 25 days holiday + early finish Fridays. Excellent opportunity to gain your training qualifications whilst earning.The Role: Trainee Motor Vehicle Technician Trainer• Are you an experienced motor vehicle technician who would like to become an Motor Vehicle Technician Trainer This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain your training qualifications whilst earning• My client will support you in order to gain formal teaching qualifications and take you through a Train the Trainer programme of professional development.• Once trained you will deliver NVQ apprenticeships in Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance level 1 - 3 in a classroom and workshop setting to small groups of apprentices.• Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and early finish on a Friday • A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.Essential Requirements: Trainee Motor Vehicle Technician Trainer• You will be a motor vehicle technician with at least 3 years industry experience.• You must hold a level 3 qualification in the motor vehicle industry and literacy and numeracy qualifications at level two.• You must have the confidence to command the attention of a classroom of students.• A willingness to pass along your knowledge to students whilst undertaking your own studies is essential.Desirables: Trainee Motor Vehicle Technician Trainer• A teaching and assessing qualification would be beneficial but full training will be provided for those who are unqualified.• Experience working with apprentices in the workplace or previous teaching experience.The Employer: Trainee Motor Vehicle Technician Trainer• An Ofsted Grade 2 and Investors in People independent training provider that has been established for over 30 years.
