You will design, implement, and monitor the care and education plans to meet the individualneeds of our children and young people, ensuring that key life and independent skills are achieved in the enriching and positive environment we strive to create.Your empathy and warmth will enable you to support vulnerable children aged 7-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). This means that the Children we care for may have experienced challenging or traumatic upbringings and may havedifficulties with anxiety, mental health or in some cases self-harm.There are a total of 4 residential homes in the Staffordshire region, based in Stone, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent and Stretton, and are all within commuting distance from Stafford, Newcastle-under-Lyme and surrounding towns and villages.Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiencesfor those we look after and for everyone in our team!Our nextChildrens ResidentialTeam Leader will be someone who has:
