Tax Manager Job VacancyWhat were looking forWere representing a thriving office of a national firm of accountants in Newcastle Under Lyme tasked with finding a talented Tax Manager to join their experienced team.This role will suit an ambitious tax accountant, qualified to ACA, ACCA or CA level, ideally with CTA and with significant tax experience.   • Working in support of the Tax Partner and managing a team of talented tax accountants.
  • The review and completion of personal and tax returns and accounts.
  • The management of end of year returns and payroll.
  • Overseeing and developing tax return processes for the department.
  • Meeting with clients to provide tax advisory services.
  • Providing technical and compliance support to the Partners on all aspects of taxation (IHT, Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Trusts etc.)
  • Encourage, support, and mentor junior team members, overseeing professional development and championing customer service excellence.
  • Proactively investigate and identify opportunities for the firm and clients and be confident in presenting and discussing them at Partner level.
  • Offering first class communication internally and externally both written and verbal.
