From contracts valuing £2million down to smaller scale £500 projects, 4mFloors offer the same superb levels of planning, technical expertise, commitment and safety to every customer.We are now looking for a Support Administrator to provide key administrative support to the sales function of the business.Why work for us

Core Responsibilities of the Support Administrator:Tender Process: Assisting with compiling, submitting, and progressing quotations.
  • Completion and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
  • Work alongside the Sales Co-ordinator, assisting in compiling quotations.
  • Review tender enquiry documents and extract required information from "Invitation to Tender" documents in order to compile the estimate.
  • Produce accurate "Take Offs" / measures from architect/client drawings.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain current cost of materials, hired in plant etc for submission into the quotation.
  • Input data into costing template to obtain complete project cost.
  • Achieve quotation return dates requested by customer. Liaise with customers regarding any extensions required to complete quotation.
  • Maintain accurate costing method following any client amendments.
  • Submit prepared documents to Sales Co-ordinator for evaluation prior to submission to Sales Director for "Bid Review".
Project Administration: Collation and submission of project documentation from pre-contract to handover.
  • To collate and forward project documentation for submission to clients.
  • To input site data on client platform in line with project and contract requirements.
  • To record project costs for evaluation by senior management.
General:
  • Provide high level of service to customers, answering any general queries and technical guidance on a daily basis.
  • Actively contribute to continuous and process improvement.
About You:Experience is not required as full training will be provided. However, to excel in this role we feel the successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on daily tasks but also work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with people at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strong, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Have a collaborative approach to working and willingness to support all areas of the business when required.
