Job Description

Scheduler / PlannerSalary: £25000 pa DOEWorking hours: 8am - 4.30pm Mon to FridayCandidate Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as within a team
One of our well-established clients in the ST5 area, Newcastle under Lyme is looking for a Scheduler/ Planner to join their team to liaise with Customers and a Multi Skilled workforce, ensuring that repairs and maintenance work are completed effectivelyin line with the SLAs. Duties include:
  • To raise service/ breakdown jobs and schedule engineers on a daily basis.
  • Raise planned maintenance visits and schedule engineers.
  • Liaising with Tenants and clients to confirm suitable times for engineer visits.
  • Liaise with Customers regarding engineer visits and address any queries.
  • Any adhoc admin relating to the role.
