Job Description

Repair Team AdministratorTMT First, an award-winning telecommunications company based in Newcastle Under Lyme are looking for a Repair Team Administrator to join the team.As a Samsung authorised Repair Centre with an onsite Samsung Support Centre, our core values all begin and end with our customers. Our mission is to provide world class service and solutions for our customers that create value, are ethical, trustworthy andhave a consistency of both purpose and delivery.Reporting to the Brand Manager, the ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service, accurate data entry and Microsoft applications especially Word, Excel and Outlook.Job Title: Repair Team AdministratorPurpose of the Job: Responsible for proving fast effective solutions to issues that arise before/during and after the repair process. To aid the Brand manager and team leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the repair center and minimizeany potential system issues to meet our collective goal to exceed expectations in all KPIs.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the repair teams Repeated repairs/NFF devices
  • Work towards KPIs including LTP, repeat repairs, Customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure quick responses are made to engineers and avoid delays to there workflow
  • Utilize Samsung systems and applications to identify perceived customer faults and rectify software related issues.
  • Report weekly on workflow/issues and process failures to brand manager.
  • Develop a strong rapport and trust with the repair team and management to ensure operational workflow continues and issues are resolved without delay and when requested.
  • Assist in Samsung presidents office complaints process ensuring information is captured and delivered to the correct department keeping them fully updated along the way.
  • Proactively drive out of warranty repairs through inspections and entry into awaiting customer confirmation. Managing your own quote accepted and moving them on for repair.
  • Provide advice and education to customers with regards to using their handsets/faults for NFF and CRRR repairs.
  • Act as a bridge for customer support and answer basic enquiries regarding to additional information requests.
  • Collaborate with warehouse to ensure re-consigned / SOs are raised and moved to repair in a timely manner.
  • Consistently demonstrate that you are living the company values of both Samsung and TMT First to drive the best possible customer experience first time every time.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment and raise health and safety concerns in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to GDPR guidelines in accordance with Samsungs and TMTs terms and conditions of employment.
