Job Description

As an industry leader, we are bound by a common set of values and principles in providing flexible,community-based care support of the highest standard that actively promotes the independence, dignity and choice for our clients and customers while promoting staff support and development.The RoleWe are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruiter to join our Complex Care division on a full time, 9 month maternity cover contract. In this role you will be responsible for high volume recruiting of care workers to join our complex careservices.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIncluding, but not limited to:

  • To maintain a strong pipeline of new carers joining the business.
  • Work withthe complex care team to provide a constant source of candidates, including using any advertising and attraction methods available and analyse most successful methods for future use
  • Ensure target numbers of new applicants are recruited to meet the demands of the business and regularly produce KPI target data so we can see what has been achieved and vacancy levels
  • Be engaging and motivating in selling the benefits of working for our company and promote the business.
  • Oversee the recruitment of new applications for care workers and ensure the process is delivered from start to finish with the utmost care, accuracy and pace
  • Undertake a consistent and rigorous interview process via online technology
  • Manage all aspects of carer recruitment/training from sourcing candidates to handover to the team.
  • Responsible for attracting, interviewing and recruiting carers and co-ordinating induction training
  • Sourcing potential candidates proactively through social media and CV searching.
  • Reviewing and adding applications to an applicant tracking system.
  • The use of social media channels such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to post and attract candidates.
  • Telephone screening candidates and discussing in detail potential roles.
  • Reviewing and reporting on numbers of vacancies and successful interviews.
  • Liaising with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure their requirements are met.
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience of managing the full recruitment cycle within targeted timeframes
  • Passionate about high quality care
  • Ability to provide an outstanding service to your candidate and manager
  • A resilient nature and able to remain cool under pressure
  • A proactive outlook, not afraid to explore and suggest improvements to processes.
  • A self-starter. Happy working both independently and as part of a team.
