This will be working with a new, major key account for the business so the opportunity to grow/ develop the revenue in this account is absolutely huge! You will enjoy a very autonomous role, where you will manage yourown diary, working from the comfort of your own home and visiting sites to deliver some key targets around customer satisfaction and revenue growth.This business are a rapidly growing technology business who have built an app allowing businesseswith a large volume of contractors to manage their workforce with greater ease and transparency whilst giving the contractors a greater level of responsibility over their assignments - a win win for all!So what is the roleYouwill be working within your local area/ patch working with their largest, most high profile customer which, if managed correctly, will sky rocket the business at an even greater rate! You will work closely with senior site managers and the leadership teamto ensure a well engaged, happy contractor workforce, removing the "heavylifting" for both parties. You will work with the team to identify opportunities for growth within the account, building in extra features that will benefit both the customer and workforcein equal measure.You will be the site representative for the contractors using the app, supporting them through the initial onboarding phase and throughout the time of their assignment (typically long term), with the support of a RegionalAccount Coordinator.For the role of Regional Account Manager, you will:Have experience of managing key accounts, ideally within a field-based role.Have proven ability to grow key accounts, delivering highlevels of customer engagement whilst developing revenue generating activities.Be confident facing off customers at all levels from Senior Leadership team to middle management to entry level staff.Be highly organised with theability to manage a very busy, diverse workload.Be target driven with the ability to build a strong rapport with customers.Be able to commit to a medium to long term assignment with potential opportunity for a permanent role.Ideallyhave worked within a logistics business.
