Job Description

Quality Assurance Specialist (systems) Medical Device, KeeleA brilliant opportunity has come up for a Quality Assurance Specialist (systems) to join an international medical device company.Role responsibilities:To provide resource for maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Making changes to the administration areas of the eQMS
  • Validating new modules from design to live environment in eQMS
  • Creating, amending, and reformatting documents using Adobe InDesign
  • Preparing and issuing documents globally using DocuSign
  • Conducting and maintaining Quality Management Systems and validation of active and upcoming modules
  • Coordinating and managing QMS projects, including eQMS patch releases, upgrades and other e-system applications
  • Providing training for eQMS systems
  • Analysing and trending of QMS data
  • Contributing to the maintenance of product Risk Management Reports
  • Assisting with QMS responsibilities
  • Providing general support for activities falling under the remit of the Quality Assurance Manager
Role requirements:
  • Level 5 diploma or equivalent in a scientific discipline (or 1-3 years quality / manufacturing / systems role).
  • 1-3 years previous quality experience (preferably in the same or similar industry e.g. food / pharmaceutical).
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of eQMS.
