Job Description

Our client is a well-established family run business who have achieved high levels of growth and success, supplying high quality products within the construction industry.Due to an increase in demand, a new role has arisen for a Programme Co-ordinator.The main aim of this role is to effectively deliver projects and will involve planning, programming and appropriate activity to ensure effective material procurement from release to delivery, ensuring timeframes correspond to requirements.This is a high profile role that requires the ability to work under pressure and to efficiently manage various procedures and activities at any one time.You will also have the ability to liaise with various colleagues and departments such as purchasing, design and production, using a high level of organisational and communication skills.Requirments

  • Previous experience in a high profile role in a similar environment or within supply chain or purchasing
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organisational capability and good time management to ensure optimum material availability.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and Navision
