* Level 4 qualification in Management or equivalent* Min 3 years manufacturing experience as a supervisor* Strong people management skillsOur successful client who is currently undergoing an expansion, having extended their production facility they are now seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team. This role is a key position, managing the team to ensure production processesare adhered to and deliver the product as efficiently as possible* Ensure health & safety is always adhered* To organise and prepare the schedules* To supervise the team, allocate work tasks, and ensure materials are available* Set objectives for the team* Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of KPIs* Responsible for monitoring the quality and highlighting issues Candidate Requirements * Professional qualification in project management (e.g., Prince2, APMP), or equivalent experience* Knowledge of change management, project management, and process improvement methodologies.* Proven experience in successfully delivering complex projects on time, cost, and quality in a programming environment.* Experience of working within a regulated industry such as Medical, Financial services or insurance* Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, Outlook, and Teams.Hours: 37.5 Hours Per WeekSalary: NegotiableBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
