Job Description

The RoleAs a Player Relations Advisor, you will support key areas across the business to achieve their set goals. You will be required to work closely with key stakeholders across the company, especially our Customer Support, Account Managers, Gaming Finance, Marketing, Promotions, Product and Responsible Gambling Teams.Responsibilities

  • Provide a high volume of outbound, inbound calls & pro-active chat to high value players daily whilst forming fun, long lasting relationships and building a strong community presence amongst our players.
  • Increase player active days by contacting segments including but not limited to, Short & Medium term lapsed players, Registered Non-Deposited, Second Deposits, Technical errors, Failed Deposits, Failed Bets, Marketing Preferences, Welcome Bonus Expiry & Balance reminders.
  • Drive retention and enhance the customer experience through outbound campaigns which includes, winners, giving bespoke games advice, promoting new games and gaining feedback on various products across the business.
  • Support the AM team when required by excelling in being the first point of contact to our high value members for queries and advice whilst objection handling to the upmost of your ability, ensure we deliver a first-class winner?s journey when we are fulfilling promotions whilst maintaining player expectations.
  • Workwith multiple departments to gather feedback from our members, whilst sharing best practise on our social responsibility to the player, Responsible gaming is of the upmost importance; you will support our AM players through their thrilling journey of what we must offer.
  • Analyse member activity data and reports to identify key discussion points prior to AML or RG interactions with the member.
  • Share your knowledge, experience and passion amongst your colleagues, key stakeholders of the business and external suppliers who help to craft a fantastic experience for our players who win prizes and promotions onsite.
  • Keep up to date with our product developments and promotionswhich are always evolving and key to supporting our customers.
  • Support Customer Service with inbound contacts in times or crisis or dictated by the sporting calendar.
  • Create a support network and offer training support to ensure additional cover and resourcing capabilities.

  • Knowledge or experience of online gambling industry.
