Job Description

Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager, the Online Marketing Executive will be responsible for helping maintain my clients digital and online presence.As well as managing daily digital and online tasks, you will take part in regular creative discussions and planning sessions.Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and scheduling social media content
  • Assisting in social media content creation
  • Researching and writing blog posts
  • Monitoring of social media comments and messages ensuring all are replied to or engaged with - this will include out of hours monitoring
  • Daily monitoring of live web chat functions
  • Preparing daily analytics for social media statistics
  • Monthly reports on KPIs, metrics and activity
  • Keeping up to date with social media trends and competitor activity
  • Monthly web test orders and reporting
  • Research to keep up to date with product knowledge
Key skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience in Online or Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency across all social media channels - Facebook, Twitter etc
  • High level of written English for content creations and client messages
  • High attention to detail - proofreading, spelling, grammar
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Ability to engage with and maintain audiences
  • Positive and willing to put forward ideas
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
