Job Description

Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative Location; Newcastle-under-Lyme (Van Provided) Salary £20,500 per annum dependent on experienceMonday to Friday - 40 hour weekTemp to PermAre you a Grounds Worker looking for a new challenge, an established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Grounds Maintenance operative to join their team within the Newcastle-under- Lyme areaMain Responsibilities for the role include;

  • Maintaining site landscaping such as grass cutting turfing
  • Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf and irrigation.
  • Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
  • seasonal planting
  • Operating and maintaining hand tools, strimmer, pressure washer & blower etc
  • Keeping grounds free from rubbish and waste and ensuring all site bins are emptied and changed
  • Removing snow, gritting of pathways, car parks and roads etc during winter period
