You will be highly responsive, with a proven track record in deliveringfirst-class customer service. A great communicator, and a fantastic team player, you will have the ability to build strong relationships within the team and with wider curriculum colleagues to support recruitment and conversion activities.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Marketing & PR Officer in the development and delivery of a cycle of multi-channel marketing and communications activity in line with the Colleges strategic plan.
  • Co-ordinating 16-18 youth marketing initiatives, responsible for developing the NSCG youth facing brand, including, but not limited to: prospectus, events, social media marketing, website content, advertising and traditional media.
  • Supporting the Senior Marketing & PR Officer to develop and implement an effective campaign plan with timely recruitment, conversion and retention tactics.
  • To monitor recruitment and identify under-performing course areas to help curriculum departments reach their targets.
  • Updating course content, creating news articles and event listings, ensuring content is engaging to inspire potential and existing learners.
  • Devising, executing and evaluating a series of online and offline communications using the organisations CRM tool, in-line with the current student journey.
  • Monitor and analyse course applications, recruitment data and competitor activity to ensure that marketing activities are insight-based.
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing activity including, but not limited to: online and offline marketing agencies, senior management, staff, students, employers, media and printers.
  • Writing accurate, clear and compelling copy for both traditional and on-line media targeting a range of audiences
Required Skills and Experience:Educated to degree-level, with a minimum of two years experience in a multi-channel marketing role. You will have had exposure to a wider ranges of activities such as event management, working with creative agencies and printers, media buying and in thedigital content planning.
  • A creative thinker, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns from concept to completion, to set deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to write clear, compelling copy for a range of purposes, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive thinking, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage the expectations of key stakeholders.
  • Must have access to own vehicle and ability to travel within region for business purposes.
