Job Description

A Head Chef position is available a multi award winning four star city centre hotel, which is part of a group of quality hotels. The hotel is a busy dining venue with fine dining award winning restaurants serving fresh, modern British dishes.The hotel also offers a more relaxed dining menu in the bar and hosts private events, weddings and conference and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result this Head Chef role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst maintainingthe day to day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of 9 chefs in the kitchen. You will have total responsibility for all aspects of food production, from sourcing suppliers to delivering customer excellence in the finished dish.Requirements:CVs will be considered from Head Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for a minimum of 2 years and ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience.A Head chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.Benefits Include:
