Job Description

If you are a competent all round handyperson who is reliable, flexible and hard working and takes pride in the work you do, we have the ideal opportunity for you.Working either on full time or part-time (3 day a week) basis and operating across sites located in Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent, you will undertake the upkeep and repair of the interior and exterior of our facilities.The RoleAs an experienced handyman or handywoman, we’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in tiptop condition and participate in renovation work. As such, your expert knowledge and eye for detail will support you in carrying out a range of activities including:

  • Renovation/refurbishment work
  • Plastering
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Joinery
  • Bricklaying
  • Plumbing
  • Identify and report the need for minor or major repairs
    • The Person:
  • Proven experience as a general all round handyman
  • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
  • Good communication ability
  • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
  • Attention to detail
