An opportunity has arisen for a French Customer Service Coordinator to work for a fast-paced business within Stoke on Trent. This French-speaking Customer Service Coordinator role requires an individual who is fluent in French-speaking and who can supportthe customer liaison. This is a varied role within a growing team in a well-established business.* Entering orders/quotes for customers onto the system, ensuring all the necessary information for Planning, Shipping and Despatch is complete.* Entering sample requests onto the system, ensuring they have all the correct information.* As a French Customer Service Coordinator, you will progress chasing sample orders to ensure the sample requests leave at the right time or are sent to dispatch in time to go with a customer order.* Logging all customer complaints onto the CRM system and liaising with Quality Control ensures that the customer is regularly kept informed of the status of the complaint.* Entering quotations onto the system for the customers.* Being able to confidently answer customer enquiries via the telephone or email to a high standard.* Provide your customers with all necessary information regarding products. i.e., Carton/Pallet information, price information, etc.Candidate Requirements: * Fluent French language skills - to be able to speak, read and write fluently within the French language.* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential* A passionate individual who wants to exceed customers expectations* Commercially minded individual* Strong communicator at all levels* Ideally own transport, however, this is not essential* This role would suit people who also have the following experience: Financial Services Administrator, Insurance Administrator, Banking, Legal Administrator, Claims Administrator, Underwriting, Wealth Management, Independent Financial AdvisorHours: Full-Time Monday to FridaySalary: £23,000 - £24,000 Per AnnumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
