Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Foreman a well-established manufacturing client of H2 Consultancy based in Stoke-On-Trent. This is a varied role, reporting into the Managing Director, This position has arisen due to expansion and requires an enthusiastic person to take up a new role within the team.Main DutiesIn your role as a Workshop Foreman you will be supporting the existing team and manage the following tasks:

  • Delegation of duties to workshop Fabricators and Welders
  • Quality checks
  • Job sign offs
  • Planning of resource and job prioritisation within a busy workshop environment.
  • Reading and understanding of fabrication drawings
  • Liaising with Operational Management
  • Liaising between the workshop and the office
