Join our friendly and energetic team in this interesting and diverse Customer Service Advisor role. Our team provide excellent customer service through, telecommunications, online support, and a customer facing support centre in a modern, streamline technologyrepair centre.TMT First are an authorised Samsung Repair Partner for mobiles, tablets and wearables. At a time where it is more urgent than ever to reverse climate change, our goal is to Keep Technology Alive for Longer. The Customer Service Advisor contributes to thisgoal by accurately supporting and communicating with our customers to ensure their devices are repaired and continue to serve them well.Main duties:* Act as the first point of contact for customers who have sent their devices to us providing professional customer service.* Booking repairs in, quoting customers, answering enquiries via phone, email and live chat.* Providing excellent service to customers in the Samsung Support Centre.* Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails and live chat from the public in a timely and effective manner.* Proactively drive out of warranty repairs by explaining the benefits of repair to customers.* Develop a strong rapport and trust with customers throughout the customer journey.Key skills and experience:* Customer service experience* Accountability and ownership of customer issues.* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.* Accurate data entry.TMT First believe in high rewards for hard work and a commitment to our business goals.
