Welcome Bonus £500**This role requires the employee to be organised, friendly, have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Varied and interesting, this role is key to the development of Inspire and involves maintaining databases, collating reports, supportingwith recruitment, marketing and auditing, property searches, setting up meetings and minute taking, and other requested tasks as they arise. The ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with professionals and other stakeholders in a sensitive and professionalmanner is a must. The employee will be required to use IT systems and databases within the role, and produce well written letters, reports and emails.Key responsibilities Maintain and update service databases Collate weekly and monthly reports Book meeting and training rooms, take minutes and distribute as required Support with note taking and report writing as required, to include interviews, disciplinary and formal meetingsResourcing / Recruitment Support Support with recruitment including supporting at Interviews, monitor vacancies, DBS, compliance checks, obtain references, new starter paperwork, and filing, create and maintain electronic personnel file, update staff database, fleet and other systems.HR Support Coordinate staff changes and send to HR and Payroll as required and monitor, track and monitor career progression and mapping. Track induction feedback, probationary periods and issue completion paperwork/formal letters.Inspire Co-ordination
