The successful candidate will be covering a variety of areas including:* Collating and chasing purchase orders* Arranging packing and shipments* Ordering parts based on sales orders and historic data* Supporting the sales team with quotations and order processing* Providing back-office assistant This position is stand-alone but liaising with other areas of the business including sales and purchasing so the ideal candidate needs to be personable.Candidate Requirements:* The ideal candidate will possess a skillset consisting of commitment, drive, and enthusiasm as well as being extremely business focused* A dynamic person who thinks outside the box wants to develop the role, and take ownership of it* Someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and thrives on working at a fast pace* Previous experience in engineering, proposals, export, and sales is preferred but full training will be provided* Knowledge of export documentation would be advantageous, but training can be given* Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic* Good IT skills are essential to manipulate data from the system Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pmSalary: NegotiableBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
