Job Description

Proactive Personnel Ltd are recruiting oin behalf of one our large clients based in Stoke on Trent.The Company:Our client are specialists in the design, manufacture & installation of Ductwork, Sheetmetal and Fabrication Work & Anaerobic digestion, Biobed and Fume extractionResponsibilities:

  • Working within the Technical Design Team, you will be required to produce high quality 2D drawings to allow accurate fabrication and production of component parts.
  • You will liaise with Design Engineers to discuss design requirements for each project, as well as in-house fabricators / welders during production.
  • Liaising with the client as and when required.
  • Ensuring that everything meets the required specifications.
  • You will be bright, enthusiastic, and ready for a challenge.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Ability to work within to strict timeframes.
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic & flexible, Self-managed, motivated and hard working.
  • Experience working in a similar role, working with structural steelwork, buildings, platforms & Ductwork Supports.
  • Experience in a design environment in architecture, building, construction, or engineering services.
  • Good working knowledge of 2D AutoCAD.
  • Good working knowledge of fabrication / welding and general manufacturing techniques.
  • Able to work accurately & efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to be able to liaise with other departments in a concise and efficient manner.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm / Friday 8:00am - 4pm
