Commercial ManagerNationwide Specialist Roofing Contractor - Based in Northwest EnglandDual site coverage - Warrington & StockportSalary negotiable depending on level of experienceA new opportunity to join a successful, growing specialist roofing subcontractor who are establishing their own in-house commercial team after winning several new contracts. This company are well established and are market leaders in specialist roofing. Theyhave recently bought out a roofing subcontractor and this role is dual coverage of their existing team and newly acquired business. Operating across a number of sectors including commercial and retail this opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scopefor variance. The company mainly focus on refurbishment projects along with some new build.Im looking for a Senior QS/Managing QS looking to take the next step to Commercial Manager or and experienced Commercial Manager as my client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience. Whats important is being able to demonstrateexperience of taking the commercial lead on several subcontract packages from £50k to £2m, with an average value sitting around 400k.It will be your responsibility to look after both sites in Warrington and Stockport, sharing your time between both offices.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with turnover growing year upon year.
