Your warm andfriendly personality will shine through as you greet and assist staff, visitors and service users.What you will be doingIn this exciting role atThe Farndon Unit, a service which provides services across low secure, rehabilitation and acuteinpatientsettings for women with mental health and personality disorder diagnoses.each day brings different challenges and experiences.Working14.25 a week (Working 6 days on, 6 days off between 5:30pm- 9:45pm) along side the reception team your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinatingthe office diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post.Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign ins, conduct security checks and manage the distribution of keys and security badges.There’s also a huge range of courses on offer to help grow and develop your career.   • Welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner and ensuring the sign the visitor book.
  • Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area & meeting rooms are presentable.
  • Managing the office diary for meetings, events, training days and therapy sessions.
  • Ensuring confidentially and security to the service.
  • Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, emails and post.
  • Ad hoc administration tasks.
  • Ensuring all appropriate leaflets and brochures are on display.
  • Manage deliveries.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience
  • Computer skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be professional, confident and diplomatic
  • GCSE English Language Grade C or above
  • Be efficient and enthusiastic
  • Awareness of understanding confidentiality and security
  • Ability work alongside a team and independently
  • Must be welcoming and self-motivated
Where you will be working:Location:Farndon Rd, Newark NG24 4SWThe Farndon Unit is a purpose-built hospital which provides services across low secure, rehabilitation and acuteinpatientsettings for women with mental health and personality disorder diagnoses.Our combination of low secure wards and a rehabilitation ward area (also within the low secure perimeter) provide a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recovery and rehabilitation prior to discharge. Our on-site facilitiesinclude large and attractive en-suite bedrooms, disabled facilities, secure courtyard and garden, patient café, gym, salon, and activity hall.What you will get:
