Job Description

Export Coordinator Our client is a very successful processing / manufacturing company and now have a new opportunity for an export coordinator to join their companyThe Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders and quotations, preparing samples and testing certificates, manage bills of lading, certificates of origin for planned exports, arrange new exports with the hauliers, arrange the charges for shipping with the account teams and assist with the import shipments. You would need to check all the documentation for the release of the containers on site, communicate with the customers at all times and ensure the correct documentation is sent in the time scales set plus any other duties when requiredEssential Criteria:

  • Export / Shipping experience
  • Sea Freight experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
