This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.Here you will be the driver of your own role and your development, you will besetting up the digital analyticsand guide therest of the team to help nurture and generateleads.This position is responsible for analysingmarketingdata andstatisticsto identifyways thatthis companycan improve its online marketing strategyand deriving recommendations to enable effective lead generation campaigns across several channels. Thisproposalalsoincludesplanning andexecution of PPC campaigns.So, what’s in it for you•Salary £38,000 - £42,000•33 days holiday includingbankholiday.•Standard life pension.•Death in service cover.•Company sick pay scheme.What does the role entailKey Responsibilities:•Setting up and optimising web analysis tools(Google Analytics GA4).•Review of tracking codes and measures.•Carrying out tracking audits.•Testing campaigns, analysing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaignperformance.•Creating and maintaining GA4 dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports and deriverecommendations.•Development and integration of tracking concepts•Constant coordination with Marketing Automation team about tracking and reporting•Cross-channel campaign monitoring•Sharing knowledge within the team and other stakeholders•Collecting and analysing data and identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in SEAcampaigns.•Monitoring and analysing digital media and marketingtrends.•Maximize profitability and proactively communicate account performance based on traffic mix and keywordquality.•Effectively plan,execute,and optimize SEA campaigns on Google Ads•Improve website rankings on Google search engine for our European website and all landingpages.•Ensure on-page optimisation to produce relevant search results and a positive user experience, growing site traffic, lead volume and brand awareness.About you•Strong communicator both verbal and written.•Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis (Google analytics G4).•You will need to work independently and autonomously.•Knowledge of SEO and SEA.•Ability to break down complex structuresin order toexplain to othernon-analyticaldepartments.•PPC experiencerequired.It would be beneficial if you have a bachelor’s degree in a marketing or a related field, between 1 – 3 years experience in a similar roleandexperience within themanufacturing industry(but this is not essential if you have the skillset required).If this sounds like your next challenge, please applytodayor contact Jess Taylor for further details.Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
