Company description:GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.Job description:Are you experienced in a Warehouse environment and looking to join a thriving and growing company Are you looking to develop yourself further within a company who truly encourage internal promotion and development Are you immediately available and lookingfor a new challengeWe are looking for an efficient, proactive and adaptable Compliance Warehouse Operative who has the desire to learn, is reliable with a great attitude to work and has experience in a warehouse environment.Youll join us on a full time, permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rotating day (07:0015:00) and afters (14:0022:00) basis.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £21,725. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.   • Carry out compliance checks, investigate compliance issues and escalating any non-conformances
  • Promote and nurture good behaviours to reduce stock damage
  • Looking for trends to enable improved process and quality
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurate and passed to the administration team
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure to deadlines
  • A good level of numeracy and literacy with experience of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to address poor behaviours in a supportive manner
