Commercial Sales Estimator - Windows & DoorsWe are looking to recruit a passionate, hard-working and motivated, Commercial Sales Estimator, to join a fast-growing windows & doors supplier.A Commercial Sales Estimator will be required to carry out take offs and estimating for a range of residential and large-scale commercial projects as well as, being a point of contact for customers and chasing leads.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing business, with huge career progression potential and the chance to have a real impact on the growth of the business.Package: £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission / Bonus + BenefitsThe Company: A fast-growing supplier, who are moving into a new premises in order to facilitate further growth. Offering excellent training and progression prospects.Location: Newark-On-TrentA Commercial Sales Estimator will be required to carry out the following duties, among others: - Estimations for a range of commercial and residential projects with values up to £600,000- Carry out take offs and read through design drawings.- Work as a point of contact for customer enquiries, offering solutions to projects and chasing/ converting leads.- Assist the managing director in producing documentation for large scale tenders.- Utilise the internal computer systems and CRM.Candidate Requirements: A Commercial Sales Estimator will be required to have experience as an estimator within the fenestration industry.
