Job Description

***IMMEDIATE START FOR THE RIGHT PERSON - EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMIN PERSON NEEDED***We are recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to work for a lovely friendly business in North London, N11.This role has arisen due to growth and the company are having some of their best performing months ever!Core office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30amto 5pm with a 4.30pm finish on Friday.Currently they are doing 3 days office based and 2 at home.Key tasks daily will be:*Providing an excellent level of support to the Team and external customers*Managing own inbox in order to quickly resolve any customer queries, issues and complaints*Order processing - the Team currently process approx 100 orders daily which are then allocated accordingly*Dealing with high volume Inbound calls, circa 80 a day*Carrying out all Administrative duties effectively and professionallyThesuccessfulCustomer Services Executive will have:*Proven office experience gained from a fast paced Customer Services role*Customer Order Management knowledge*Strong communication skills, written and verbal*PC Proficient - MS Outlook, SAP*Ability to work well under pressure without getting flustered!Please apply NOW via this job advert (attaching a Word formatted CV) if you feel you are able to demonstrate the criteria stated above.
