Job Description

Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities If so, we are recruiting a Service Manager for a supported living service for people with learning disability nearAshford.About you:

A level 5 qualification in a related field or equivalent experience is required
Previous experience in a leadership role within supported living or a similar setting
Knowledge of disability services and regulatory requirements
Effective communication skills
Able to develop person- centred support plans
Strong leadership skills and able to guide, mentor, and motivate their team to achieve excellence in delivery of support
Understand the challenges of learning disabilities

What’s on offer:

Full time role - 37.5 hours per week
Flexible working hours - dependent on the needs of the service
Salary: £31,376 p.a.
22 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays; additional annual leave for 3, 4 and 5 years continuous service
