Nursing Home, Non-nursing, Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Mental HealthRef: POJ1893£17 p/h – Negotiable/Band 6 Equivalent | Part-Time Nights | Small Nursing Home - Good CQC A small nursing home in the New Romney area is currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to work 2 nights per week on a permanent basis.The home is fully CQC compliant and offers round the clock nursing care to older people living with medical nursing needs and age-related frailties.Details of this Night Staff Nurse vacancy and what the home is offering:

  • A permanent contract to work part-time nights, usually working 2 night shifts per week
  • Competitive pay rates of £17 per hour, which may be negotiable for the right person
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities and a comprehensive induction
    • As Night RGN/RMN/RNLD, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.What we are looking for in a Night Nurse:
  • NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD
  • Demonstrate some post-registration experience, ideally within a UK nursing home setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
