Job Description

** 9 Month ContractMy client is a well-established, nationwide care provider with a great reputation for the support and nursing care they give. This particular position is in a well run Residential Home in New Romney for people with leaning difficulties and mental health conditions. This home is for quite a few residents and they have alot of complex needs.They are recruiting for a Deputy Manager , you will be:-

  • Working at their Care Home in New Romney
  • Providing emotional and functional nursing care and support to residents and staff.
  • Supporting the Registered Manager
  • Working 40 hours a week.
    • Skills / Background Needed
  • Be living within travelling distance to New Romney.
  • Great level of care track record needed and experience managing a team
  • Experience of working within a home of similar residents and similar size.
  • Previous experience as a deputy manager
